Once you have applied, the following steps will occur:

• Phone Screen: We will contact you via phone and ask a few questions regarding the role
• Interview We will invite you for an interview if the phone screen goes well and you will be contacted via phone or email
• We will inform you via phone if you have been successful with the role, otherwise, you will receive a phone or email to let you know that you have been unsuccessful
• You will be invited to complete online onboarding that includes verifying your identity and electronically signing compliance forms
• If any training needs to be completed, we will organise that training to take place
• You will have an induction before or during your first few shifts

• Yearly training in CPR and manual handling are provided once a year to all staff and volunteers
• Additional training is also provided, however, not all training is mandatory
